Prelude to Prosperity values transparency and fairness. Please review this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any coaching, consulting services, programs, or digital products.

 

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by Prelude to Prosperity.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • One-on-one coaching sessions

  • Coaching packages or programs

  • Group coaching programs

  • Consulting services

  • Digital products, courses, or downloadable materials

 

2. No Refunds for Non-Participation

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Missed or unused coaching sessions

  • Failure to attend scheduled sessions or group calls

  • Lack of participation or engagement

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Dissatisfaction with results or outcomes

Client results depend on individual effort, commitment, and circumstances beyond our control.

 

3. Payment Plans

If you choose a payment plan:

  • You are responsible for completing all scheduled payments

  • Payments are non-cancellable and non-refundable

  • Failure to complete payments may result in loss of access to services and collections action

Payment plans are a convenience, not a subscription.

 

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Coaching sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least [24/48] hours in advance

  • Sessions canceled outside this window or missed without notice are forfeited

  • No refunds or credits will be issued for forfeited sessions

 

5. Program Termination

If Prelude to Prosperity terminates services due to violation of our Terms & Conditions (including misconduct, non-payment, or misuse of materials), no refund will be issued.

 

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in rare and extraordinary circumstances, at the sole discretion of Prelude to Prosperity. Any approved refund will be issued minus:

  • Services already rendered

  • Processing or administrative fees

Approval of one exception does not guarantee future exceptions.

 

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Prelude to Prosperity constitutes a violation of this policy.

We reserve the right to:

  • Provide documentation to the payment processor

  • Terminate access to services

  • Recover associated fees and costs

 

8. Digital Products and Immediate Access

Due to the immediate access granted upon purchase, digital products and online programs are strictly non-refundable.

 

9. Acknowledgment

By purchasing from Prelude to Prosperity, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood this Refund Policy

  • You agree to be bound by its terms
